The company is a leading multidisciplinary Belgian Group, operating in construction, construction, real estate development and concessions.

Jobomschrijving

As an Administrative Assistant within the Accounting department you will be helping the accounting department with administrative tasks to open & close bank accounts, to ensure bank account signatories are up to date, the management of “project” bank cards , to complete legal financial statistics and with the management of all incoming bank guarantees.

Responsibilities and duties

Main contact person to open, close bank accounts and update powers on these bank accounts in line with treasury department.

This includes liaising with business partners, completion of required banking forms, request for tokens/set-up of signers in required banking platforms, arrange signature of these documents in line with POA and regular reviews of these powers.

Management of project bank cards for site petty cash. Request cards, follow-up, reporting, ….

Management end to end treatment of all incoming bank guarantees (subcontractors) with complete data, follow-up, link with new ERP tool, reporting per project

Complete all necessary admin tasks for the department including completion of legal statistics, data follow-up, purchase office material, …

Administrative follow-up on projects (contracts, JV agreements, project info sheets, closure agreements, outgoing bank guarantees,...), support for preparation & updating of the reinvoicing of hours to (JV) partners

Providing administrative support for check-in-at-work

Qualifications

You have a first administrative experience and/or like to do administrative tasks; You are rigourous and you pay high attention to detail You are precise and proactive You have a good knowledge of Excel You have a professional level in Dutch, French
