Met meerdere kantoren verspreid over Vlaanderen en Brussel begeleiden zij ondernemingen, investeerders en eigenaars bij strategische vastgoedvraagstukken. Dankzij hun uitgesproken marktkennis, klantgerichte aanpak en sterke lokale verankering hebben zij de voorbije jaren een solide reputatie opgebouwd binnen hun sector.

Om de verdere groei en professionalisering van de organisatie te ondersteunen, kijken zij vandaag uit naar een ondernemende Business Operations & Directie Coördinator. In deze sleutelrol werk je nauw samen met de zaakvoerder en draag je actief bij aan de optimalisatie van processen, de samenwerking tussen de verschillende vestigingen en de verdere uitbouw van een toekomstgerichte organisatie.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je fungeert als rechterhand van de zaakvoerder en ondersteunt bij de opvolging van operationele, organisatorische en strategische projecten.
  • Je ondersteund de dagelijkse werking van de verschillende vestigingen en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken, processen en werkwijzen op een uniforme manier worden toegepast.
  • Je analyseert bestaande processen en workflows, identificeert inefficiënties en werkt concrete verbetertrajecten uit om de werking verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je volgt operationele KPI's, commerciële resultaten en kantoorprestaties op en bespreekt verbeteracties met het management.
  • Je maakt presentaties op voor afspraken en regelt de correspondentie met de klanten.
  • Je ondersteunt vestigingsverantwoordelijken en teams bij operationele vraagstukken en fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt tussen directie en kantoren.
  • Je organiseert en plant overlegmomenten in, maakt actieplannen op en bewaakt de voortgang van afgesproken initiatieven.
  • Je organiseert de evenementen, team buildings en afterworks voor de medewerkers.
  • Je ondersteunt bij personeels- en resourceplanning en helpt mee om de samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen en vestigingen te versterken.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig in de kantoren in Gent, Kortrijk en Brussel om de voeling met de teams en de dagelijkse werking te behouden.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen operations, managementondersteuning, business support of een coördinerende functie
  • Ervaring binnen een grotere of multi-site organisatie is een sterke troef
  • Je bent sterk organisatorisch onderlegd en behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en durft verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet mensen op een diplomatische manier mee te nemen in verandering
  • Je combineert een analytische mindset met een pragmatische en resultaatgerichte aanpak
  • Je bent vlot in het opbouwen van relaties op verschillende niveaus binnen een organisatie
  • Affiniteit met vastgoed of zakelijke dienstverlening is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste
