Voor een toonaangevende juridische omgeving zoeken we een Management Assistant (m/v/x) die als rechterhand fungeert van de managing partner.

Het kantoor ondersteunt cliënten over het hele land van particulieren en KMO's tot multinationals en overheden en staat bekend om zijn kwaliteit, snelheid en betrokkenheid in complexe dossiers.

De functie is gevestigd in Sint-Martens-Latem.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Management Assistant ben jij de spilfiguur die ervoor zorgt dat de managing partner zich maximaal kan focussen op zijn kernrol als advocaat en ondernemer. Je combineert organisatorisch talent, discretie en proactiviteit in een veelzijdige functie.

  • Beheer van agenda, planning en prioriteiten;
  • Coördinatie van inkomende en uitgaande communicatie (e-mail, telefoon, documentatie);
  • Organisatie en voorbereiding van vergaderingen (uitnodigingen, notuleren, opvolging van actiepunten);
  • Behandeling en klassement van inkomende en uitgaande post en dossiers;
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor cliënten, leveranciers en partners;
  • Administratieve en praktische ondersteuning;
  • Actualiseren van de website en digitale platformen (lichte contentupdates, geen technische kennis vereist);
  • Meedenken over procesoptimalisatie en efficiëntie;
  • Waarborgen van absolute vertrouwelijkheid bij gevoelige informatie.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent een sterke organisator en natuurlijke rechterhand die rust brengt in een veeleisende context. Je denkt vooruit, werkt autonoom en ziet werk voordat het gevraagd wordt.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma en/of relevante ervaring in een ondersteunende rol (bv. Management Assistant, Personal Assistant, Directiesecretaresse);
  • Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands; en een kennis van het Frans;
  • Digitaal vaardig (MS Office, basis CMS);
  • Discreet, professioneel en stressbestendig;
  • Snel van begrip en sterk probleemoplossend vermogen;
  • Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en georganiseerd;
  • Proactief en hands-on ingesteld.
