Je werkt in wisselende teams en omgevingen, waardoor je continu nieuwe organisaties en werkculturen leert kennen. - Beheer en bewaak je complexe agenda's van directie- en MT-leden. - Verwerk en structureer je inkomende en uitgaande e-mail en overige communicatie. - Bereid je vergaderingen voor, notuleer je en bewaak je de opvolging van actiepunten. - Organiseer je bijeenkomsten, events en zakelijke reizen tot in de puntjes. - Signaleer je knelpunten in de dagelijkse organisatie en pak je ondersteunende taken proactief op.
