Jij zorgt voor structuur op de werkvloer, bewaakt de voortgang van projecten, houdt agenda's strak in de gaten en zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Je organiseert vergaderingen, notuleert en coördineert actiepunten. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij rapportages, presentaties en het delen van managementinformatie.
