Op zoek naar een veelzijdige functie waarin organisatie, coördinatie en ontzorging centraal staan?

Onze klant is op zoek naar een Practice Manager (90%) / Personal Assistant (10%) die als organisatorische rechterhand de praktijkhouder ondersteunt en ervoor zorgt dat de dagelijkse werking van de praktijk vlot en efficiënt verloopt.

In deze veelzijdige rol bewaar je het overzicht, anticipeer je op onverwachte situaties en pak je problemen zelfstandig aan. Je combineert personal assistance, praktijkmanagement, patiëntenservice, operations, projectmanagement en administratieve opvolging. Dankzij jouw sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en praktische ingesteldheid zorg je ervoor dat alles achter de schermen op rolletjes loopt.

Jouw taken:

  • Praktijkbeheer: de dagelijkse werking, logistiek, personeelsplanning en voorraad beheren en fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt.
  • Patiëntenservice en administratie: patiëntcommunicatie, dossierbeheer, behandelopvolging, facturatie en betalingen coördineren.
  • Operationele opvolging: bestellingen, leveringen, leveranciers en externe dienstverleners opvolgen en problemen proactief oplossen.
  • Digitalisering en projectmanagement: de implementatie van Crossuite begeleiden, processen optimaliseren en nieuwe projecten praktisch uitwerken.
  • Rekrutering en teamondersteuning: de aanwerving van nieuwe medewerkers ondersteunen en het team organisatorisch bijstaan.
  • Marketing en lokale zichtbaarheid: Instagram, lokale partnerships en sponsorinitiatieven mee uitwerken en opvolgen.
  • Personal assistance: agenda's, afspraken en diverse praktische en administratieve zaken organiseren ter ondersteuning van de praktijkhouder.

Wie ben je?

Je bent een zeer klantgerichte, zelfstandige en proactieve persoonlijkheid met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden. Je bent pragmatisch, digitaal behendig en nauwkeurig. Deze drie eigenschappen vormen de basis van jouw aanpak.

Je denkt in oplossingen, steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en weet prioriteiten te stellen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en zorgt ervoor dat taken correct en volledig worden opgevolgd. Daarnaast ben je digitaal sterk, maak je je snel nieuwe systemen eigen en weet je ook AI-tools efficiënt in te zetten om processen te optimaliseren en je werk slimmer te organiseren.

Verder ben je discreet, stressbestendig en servicegericht. Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en anticipeert op wat nodig is om de dagelijkse werking vlot te laten verlopen. Je voelt je goed in een klein team met korte communicatielijnen en neemt graag initiatief.

Op taalvlak beheers je het Nederlands uitstekend. Daarnaast heb je een goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels, waardoor je in beide talen vlot een gesprek kunt voeren en professioneel kunt communiceren.

Ervaring binnen de medische of tandheelkundige sector is geen vereiste. Jouw pragmatische ingesteldheid, digitale vaardigheden en nauwkeurige manier van werken maken het verschil!
