Jouw uitdaging Ben jij organisatorisch sterk, ondernemend en heb je ervaring binnen management assistance aan de zaakvoerder en operationeel sterk onderlegd? Dan ben jij misschien het profiel dat wij zoeken. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met de zaakvoerder en draag je medeverantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse werking en verdere groei van onze organisatie. Je hebt ervaring binnen een grotere structuur en weet hoe je processen, teams en verschillende vestigingen efficiënt laat samenwerken. Je denkt strategisch én operationeel, detecteert opportuniteiten en knelpunten. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen management, kantoren en teams.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden • Nauw samenwerken met de directie en meedenken over de dagelijkse werking en verdere groei van de organisatie

• Contact onderhouden met de verschillende vestigingen en opportuniteiten en knelpunten detecteren

• Processen helpen optimaliseren en uniformiseren over de verschillende kantoren heen

• Teams ondersteunen, samenwerking stimuleren en fungeren als klankbord voor collega's en management

• Regelmatig aanwezig zijn in onze vestigingen in Gent, Kortrijk en Brussel

• Meedenken over commerciële groei, organisatie en verdere optimalisatie van de werking

Jouw profiel • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma

• Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen operations, managementondersteuning of een coördinerende functie en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen een grotere organisatie of structuur.

• Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op

• Je bent communicatief sterk, diplomatisch en oplossingsgericht

• Je weet mensen te motiveren en te begeleiden

• Je hoeft geen ervaring te hebben binnen de vastgoedsector; affiniteit met de sector en de bereidheid om je hierin te verdiepen volstaan
