DEINE AUFGABEN:

Management Assistant

* Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie bei strategischen Projekten

* Allgemeine Büroorganisation und administrative Tätigkeiten

* Korrespondenz mit externen GeschäftspartnerInnen

* Organisation, Koordination und Nachbereitung von Meetings und Geschäftsreisen

* Zentrale Anlaufstelle für diverse interne Anfragen und organisatorische Anliegen

* Empfang und Betreuung unserer Kunden und Gäste vor Ort

* Fallweise eigenständige Umsetzung von Projekten

* Interne/r Datenschutzkoordinator/in

Marketing

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Website und der Social-Media-Kanäle (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)

* Betreuung unseres internen Kommunikationssystems CORE Smartwork als Key-User (zB Durchführung von Anpassungen, Verfassen von Intranet-Beiträgen)

* Planung und Durchführung von Sponsoring-Aktivitäten und Events (zB Weihnachtsfeier, Kinderferienbetreuung)

WAS WIR VON DIR ERWARTEN:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (LAP, HAK, o.Ä.) oder abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Assistenzfunktion oder im Office Management

* Organisationstalent sowie ein hohes Maß an Diskretion und Loyalität

* Selbstständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on Mentalität und Eigeninitiative

* Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

* Deutsch- & gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

* Führerschein Gruppe B
