Functieomschrijving Als directiesecretaresse / management assistent bij onze opdrachtgever ondersteun je een directielid en zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Je plant en organiseert meetings en evenementen van A tot Z, beheert de agenda, bewaakt actiepunten en zorgt dat alle informatie op tijd beschikbaar is. Je schakelt snel tussen verschillende taken, signaleert knelpunten en bedenkt direct oplossingen. Je bereidt presentaties en notities voor, verzamelt relevante documentatie en denkt actief mee over hoe processen beter kunnen. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je begint de dag met het checken van de agenda, schakelt tussen spoedvragen en het voorbereiden van een evenement en sluit af met het bijwerken van actiepunten. Flexibiliteit is belangrijk; je werkt circa 20 uur per week, verdeeld over meerdere dagen. Je bent een echte sparringpartner voor je leidinggevende en ondersteunt waar nodig.
