Je zorgt voor structuur, houdt overzicht en regelt dat afspraken en acties goed worden opgevolgd. Van het beheren van agenda's en voorbereiden van overleggen tot het organiseren van bijeenkomsten en contact met externe partijen: jij zorgt dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is. In deze nieuwe rol krijg je de ruimte om de functie samen met de directie verder vorm te geven en steeds meer taken naar je toe te trekken. Een veelzijdige functie voor iemand die graag organiseert, vooruitdenkt en houdt van korte lijnen. Benieuwd naar jouw nieuwe werkplek? We drinken graag een kop koffie. Wat ga je doen? Als Management Assistent ondersteun je de directie bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je houdt de agenda's bij, bereidt afspraken en overleggen voor en zorgt dat acties worden opgevolgd. Daarnaast pak je verschillende organisatorische en administratieve zaken op. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en weet goed wat er wanneer moet gebeuren. Voor de ene directeur ligt de focus meer op agendabeheer en het voorbereiden van afspraken, terwijl je voor de ander juist ondersteuning biedt bij facilitaire, administratieve en juridische zaken. Je krijgt veel vrijheid in je werkzaamheden en kunt steeds meer taken naar je toe trekken. Jouw dagen vul je concreet & afwisselend met: - Beheren van de agenda's van 2 directieleden en voorbereiden en opvolgen van afspraken en overleggen; - Ondersteunen bij praktische, administratieve en organisatorische werkzaamheden, waaronder events, projecten en veranderingen binnen de organisatie; - Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en externe partijen, zoals notarissen, accountants en adviseurs; -...
