Daarom zoeken we een proactieve Management Assistent die ervoor zorgt dat achter de schermen alles op rolletjes loopt. In deze veelzijdige rol bewaar je het overzicht, stel je moeiteloos prioriteiten en zorg je dat het organisatorisch helemaal klopt. Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt graag initiatief en ziet vaak al wat er moet gebeuren voordat iemand het vraagt. Wat je gaat doen Je krijgt een breed en gevarieerd takenpakket waarin je het organisatorische hart van ons kantoor vormt en het management ondersteunt. Denk hierbij aan: - Het bieden van secretariële en administratieve ondersteuning van de CEO en het leiderschapsteam. - Slim en efficiënt beheer van dynamische agenda's, inclusief het plannen, voorbereiden en bewaken van interne en externe afspraken. - Het aanspreekpunt voor collega's, bezoekers en externe partners. Je pakt vragen vlot op en weet precies in te schatten wat urgent is en wat even kan wachten. - Het regelen van facilitaire zaken (kantoormanagement en leveranciers) en het verzorgen van reisarrangementen (transport, verblijf en visa). - Organiseren van (internationale) meetings, conferenties, teamevenementen en inspirerende teamdagen. - Overzicht bewaren over deadlines, documenten, informatiestromen en overzichten. - Aanmaken van inkoopaanvragen (Purchase Orders) en samen met IT zorgen voor goed ingerichte systemen en werkplekken. - Meedenken over het slimmer en fijner inrichten van onze werkprocessen, én bijdragen aan een fijne werksfeer en goede teamspirit.
