Wij ontwikkelen en leveren hypothecaire diensten en platformen voor de grootste geldverstrekkers van Nederland: denk aan toonaangevende banken en andere financiële instellingen. Onze technologie en expertise zitten in de kern van een van de grootste financiële markten van ons land. Werken bij Stater betekent werken bij een organisatie die er echt toe doet. Niet als bijrol, maar als ruggengraat van de Nederlandse hypotheekmarkt. Over deze functie Wat ga je doen? Als Management Assistent ben jij de spil waar alles omheen draait. Je ontzorgt twee MT's volledig, zodat zij zich kunnen focussen op wat er echt toe doet. Dat betekent onder andere: - Agendabeheer en het plannen en bevestigen van afspraken. - Meelezen en aanpassen van stukken en e-mails. - Opstellen van presentaties. - Notuleren van complexe overleggen en opstellen van besluit- en actielijsten. - Organiseren van bedrijfsevenementen. - Optreden als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe relaties. Je leert de managers goed kennen en weet precies hoe je informatie vanuit de organisatie naar hen vertaalt. Jouw dag verloopt vaak anders dan gepland en dat vind jij juist uitdagend. Wat maakt deze rol bijzonder? Je werkt voor twee MT's tegelijk, wat je een uitzonderlijk breed kijkvenster geeft op de organisatie.
