Je zorgt dat de communicatie soepel verloopt, bewaakt de planning en houdt bij wat er speelt. Het organiseren van businesstrips behoort ook tot je takenpakket: van het boeken van vervoer en accommodatie tot het samenstellen van een volledig reisschema. Je weet hoofd- van bijzaken te onderscheiden en houdt overzicht, ook als meerdere zaken tegelijk aandacht vragen. Je werkt zelfstandig en denkt actief mee over hoe de ondersteuning beter en slimmer kan. Gevraagd Management Assistent MBO/ HBO werk en denkniveau. Ervaring in een secretariële of ondersteunende functie. Ervaring met (complex) agendabeheer en organiseren.
