Als Management Assistant ondersteun je meerdere managers binnen een dynamische internationale organisatie. Je bent een vaste factor die zorgt voor rust, duidelijke prioriteiten en een soepel lopende dag. Met jouw ervaring en inzicht maak je het verschil: je ziet wat nodig is, denkt vooruit en creëert ruimte voor het management om zich te richten op de business. Daarmee ben je niet alleen ondersteunend, maar ook een gewaardeerde sparringpartner. Wat ga je doen? Als Management Assistant bevind je je in het hart van de organisatie. Je ondersteunt meerdere managers/bestuurders en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich volledig kunnen richten op koers, besluiten en strategie. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk is complex agendabeheer. Je stemt meerdere agenda's zorgvuldig op elkaar af, voelt prioriteiten feilloos aan en durft hierover het gesprek te voeren. Je kijkt vooruit, signaleert knelpunten en zorgt voor rust en overzicht. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, coördinatie en opvolging van vergaderingen. Je plant MT‑overleggen, bewaakt deadlines, verzamelt en structureert stukken en stelt agenda's op. Tijdens overleggen notuleer je helder en zorgvuldig, leg je actiepunten vast en bewaak je de voortgang. Afspraken blijven bij jou geen losse eindjes. Ook organiseer je (internationale) reizen, bijeenkomsten en (beleids)dagen. Van vluchten en hotels tot draaiboeken en logistiek: jij zorgt dat alles tot in de puntjes geregeld is en anticipeert moeiteloos ...
