Je versterkt een deskundig team dat ondernemers ondersteunt op het vlak van accountancy, fiscaliteit en consultancy. Jobomschrijving

Taken:

Als Management Assistent speel je een sleutelrol in de dagelijkse organisatie en ontzorg je het management en het team:

  • Agendabeheer & Organisatie: Proactief beheren van de agenda's van de vennoten, inplannen van afspraken en de inhoudelijke en logistieke voorbereiding van vergaderingen.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Waarborgen, stroomlijnen en opvolgen van efficiënte interne werkafspraken en administratieve processen.
  • Representatief Onthaal: Samen met je collega's instaan voor een warm en professioneel onthaal van klanten en partners, zowel telefonisch als ter plaatse.
  • Documentbeheer & Communicatie: Opstellen, redigeren en verwerken van zakelijke documentatie, rapporten en correspondentie.

Profiel:

De ideale Management Assistent is een georganiseerde duizendpoot die proactief meedenkt en een passie heeft voor digitalisering:

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor-diploma (bijv. Office Management, Business Administration) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Digitaal vaardig: Je leert snel werken met nieuwe softwaretoepassingen en helpt bij het optimaliseren van digitale werkstromen.
  • Eigenschappen: Je bent organisatorisch sterk, nauwkeurig, discreet en je behoudt altijd het overzicht om collega's en klanten vlot te ondersteunen.
