Breng structuur in complexe agenda’s, communicatie en informatie binnen een technische infrastructuuromgeving. Als Management Assistant bij Equans ondersteun je managers, teams en projecten vanuit Aartselaar en zorg je voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen collega's. Je krijgt een unieke inkijk in uitdagende infrastructuurprojecten, bouwt een sterk intern netwerk uit en neemt initiatief om processen slimmer te organiseren met digitale tools en AI.

Jouw werklocatie: Aartselaar met verplaatsingen naar andere Equans-sites zoals Braine, Hoboken en Grimbergen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • beheren van complexe agenda's en efficiënt plannen van afspraken, vergaderingen en events
  • organiseren en opvolgen van mailboxen
  • opmaken van professionele presentaties, memo's, rapporten en andere managementdocumenten
  • beheren van SharePoint-omgevingen en zorgen voor een gestructureerde digitale documentatie
  • opmaken van documenten zoals memo's, procedures en presentaties en vertalen indien nodig
  • boeken van reizen voor managers
  • verzamelen, structureren en stroomlijnen van informatie, inclusief communicatie naar externe partijen in samenwerking met de communicatieafdeling
  • inzetten van Microsoft Copilot en andere AI-tools om informatie sneller te verzamelen, samen te vatten, te structureren en te verwerken
  • identificeren van opportuniteiten om repetitieve taken te automatiseren en werkprocessen efficiënter te organiseren

  • bachelor Office Management of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, Directieassistent of Personal Assistant
  • uitstekende kennis van Microsoft 365: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams en SharePoint
  • sterke interesse in AI, digitalisering en Microsoft Copilot
  • affiniteit met procesverbetering, automatisering en efficiënt werken
  • sterke organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden
  • gevoel voor prioriteiten, deadlines, discretie en nauwkeurigheid
  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en vlot samenwerken met diverse stakeholders
  • bereidheid om je te verplaatsen naar verschillende Equans-locaties
  • vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
