Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij opzoek naar een ervaren Management Assistent(e) / Office Manager / Secretaresse voor 3,5 a 4 dagen in de week.

Als Management Assistent (e) ondersteun je in de breedste zin van het woord en ontzorg jij op alle niveaus het hele kantoor. Hierbij weet jij als geen ander ten alle tijden een gevoel van professionaliteit en samenwerking te behouden. Onderstaand een greep uit je diverse takenpakket:

- Administratieve werkzaamheden zoals; correspondentie, faciliteren in de financiële administratie en online tekenverzoeken coördineren; - Logistiek aangaande vergaderingen en afspraken regelen, zoals bijvoorbeeld het boeken van vluchten, hotels, het maken van reisplannen en verzorgen van catering; - Agendabeheer verzorgen voor de Business Manager en SNS Pool; - Met regelmaat notuleren van vergaderingen (regelmatig in het Engels) - Verantwoordelijk voor de planning, coördinatie en adequate opvolging van diverse uiteenlopende projecten; - Je bent een belangrijke schakel in de interne- en externe communicatiestromen, je hebt hierbij een belangrijke signaalfunctie; - Het representatief en professioneel ontvangen van bezoek en het organiseren van evenementen, bijeenkomsten, lunches & diners; - Het accorderen van facturen in D365; - Oppakken van ad-hoc werkzaamheden.

Kortom: een zeer zelfstandige functie waarbij je op de achtergrond ervoor zorgt dat alles op rolletjes verloopt, maar wanneer nodig je op de voorgrond kan treden en een representatieve rol kan aannemen.

Door de grote diversiteit aan werkzaamheden zoeken wij iemand die georganiseerd gestructureerd en nauwkeurig werkt. Daarnaast;

- Ben communicatief vaardig en gebruik je correct Nederlands in zowel woord als geschrift; je hebt gevoel voor verhoudingen en je kunt je van nature bewegen tussen en aanpassen aan diverse gesprekspart
