- Werken bij YoungCapital - - Jouw profiel Management assistent bij de Rijksoverheid in Den Haag Ben jij de management assistent voor het bij de Rijksoverheid in Den Haag? Wat ga je doen? Als management assistent ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de volledige secretariële, logistieke en administratieve ondersteuning van de Directie Sub Sahara Afrika (DAF) en voor een van de afdelingen. Je hebt veel contact met de ambassades zowel hier in Nederland als ook de Nederlandse ambassades in het buiteland, wat zorgt voor een drukke baan met veel afwisseling. Waar ga je aan de slag? Afrika staat volop in de belangstelling van parlement, pers en publiek. Voor de directie Sub-Sahara Afrika (DAF) gaan politieke relaties, economische diplomatie en ontwikkelingssamenwerking hand in hand. De interne omgeving van DAF bestaat uit het departement, de posten in de regio en enkele vakdepartementen. Het externe speelveld omvat de Tweede Kamer, het maatschappelijk middenveld, het bedrijfsleven, de kennisinstituten, de EU, gelijkgezinde ministeries van BZ, Afrikaanse ambassades in Den Haag en Brussel en multilaterale organisaties. Jouw werkzaamheden: Je beheert de agenda van jouw afdelingshoofd zodat afspraken efficiënt op elkaar aansluiten. Ook beheer je de mailboxen, waarbij je zelfstandig vragen afhandelt of zorgt voor een goede doorgeleiding van berichten, net als bij het afhandelen van telefoontjes en afspraken. Je woont vergaderingen bij en zorgt voor de verslaglegging en de bijbehorende stukken. Daarnaast ondersteun je logistiek bij evenementen door het organiseren, maken van naamkaartjes, boeken van locaties en versturen van uitnodigingen. Verder ondersteun je bij correspondentie zoals note verbales, nota's en brieven, en meld en begeleid je bezoekers.
