Jouw taken als Management Assistant

  • Beheren van de agenda's van het management team
  • Plannen van de winkelbezetting van onze verschillende winkels
  • Doorvoeren van klantenorders
  • Mee bewaken van deadlines en projecten
  • Opvolgen van leveranciers, contracten en administratieve processen
  • Opvolgen van HR-gerelateerde topics
  • Opvolgen van Marketing gerelateerde topics
  • Mee aansturen van het bedrijf

Werkuren en locatie

  • Je werkt vanop het hoofdkantoor te Sint Denijs Westrem
  • Tijdelijke vervangingsopdracht van 08/26 tem 01/26 - 6 maanden
  • Je wordt ondersteund door het management team en directie van Computer Checkpoint
  • Je werkt van maandag t.e.m. zaterdag met een vrije dag in de week. Uurregeling 9u45 t.e.m. 18u05 (zaterdag 9u45 t.e.m. 17u05)..

Wie jij bent als Management Assistant

  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie
  • Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands
  • Sterk organisatorisch en administratief talent
  • Discreet, loyaal en betrouwbaar
  • Flexibel en geen 9-to-5 mentaliteit
  • Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht
  • Uitstekende kennis van Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B en is een veilige chauffeur
