Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol speel jij een sleutelrol in het soepel laten verlopen van de organisatie. Je ondersteunt het MT en bestuur, en zorgt samen met jouw team dat alles intern strak geregeld is.

Concreet betekent dat:

Beheren en samenwerken met je backofficeteam

Klantafspraken plannen zodat consultants precies weten waar ze moeten zijn

Administratie en documentatie netjes op orde houden

Agendabeheer en ondersteuning van het management

Communicatie met interne én externe betrokkenen

Zorgen voor structuur én een fijne werksfeer

Collega’s ondersteunen bij ad-hoc zaken

Organiseren van kwartaalvergaderingen en andere bijeenkomsten

Vanaf dag één draai je volledig mee. Je werkt nauw samen met het MT en HR om de planning te stroomlijnen en bij te dragen aan de verdere groei van de organisatie. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, maar bent ook niet te beroerd om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken.

Communicatie is jouw tweede natuur, zowel met collega’s als externe partijen zoals leveranciers en cateraars. Je aarzelt niet om verwachtingen te verduidelijken bij het organiseren van een evenement of taak. Door de variatie in taken is multitasking belangrijk, net als nauwkeurig werken met oog voor detail. Je hebt een proactieve houding, neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en bent een echte teamspeler met een positieve energie.

Daarnaast heb je:

MBO/HBO werk en denkniveau.

Bij voorkeur ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.

Beheersing van Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
