Wat ga je doen? Als Management Assistent ondersteun je meerdere professionals en zorg je ervoor dat zij zich volledig kunnen richten op hun werk. Jij houdt het overzicht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en weet wat er nodig is voordat iemand erom hoeft te vragen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Complex agendabeheer en het bewaken van prioriteiten; - Voorbereiden en coördineren van afspraken en overleggen; - Ondersteunen bij dossiers en correspondentie; - Signaleren van knelpunten en hier proactief op inspelen; - Schakelen met verschillende interne en externe contacten; - Volledig ontzorgen van de professionals die je ondersteunt.

Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waarin regelmatig snel geschakeld moet worden. Geen dag is hetzelfde en jouw organisatietalent, zelfstandigheid en gevoel voor prioriteiten komen hier goed van pas.
