Bij AKD Benelux Lawyers hebben wij ruimte voor een nieuwe collega op het Notariaat in Rotterdam voor de afdeling Finance! AKD is een full-service Benelux-kantoor met ruim 550 advocaten, fiscalisten, notarissen en supportmedewerkers in Amsterdam, Breda, Brussel, Eindhoven, Rotterdam en Luxemburg. Hoewel AKD een groot kantoor is, kenmerkt het zich door betrokkenheid en ondernemerschap. In de rol van Juridisch Secretaresse op het Notariaat van Finance werk je gezamenlijk in een enthousiast team en rapporteer je aan de Coördinator Office Support. Als team verricht je veelal administratieve en ondersteunende werkzaamheden uit voor onze medewerkers en neem je hen verschillende administratieve zaken uit handen, zodat zij zich zo goed mogelijk bezig kunnen houden met inhoudelijke kwesties. Wat ga je doen? - Dossiers openen en beheren in Assyst, inclusief het hechten van gegevens en documenten; - Opvragingen en inzagen doen in registers zoals BRP, Kamer van Koophandel en Kadaster; - Informatie verzamelen bij instanties, notariskantoren en via internet; - Afspraken plannen en praktische zaken regelen ( spreekkamers, parkeerplaatsen, lunches); - Akten voorbereiden, recherches uitvoeren, passeerklaar maken van akten; - Registeren van akten bij de Belastingdienst, het doorgeven van wijzigingen bij het Handelsregister en UBO register en het Kadaster; - Legalisaties, collated copies en certificaten opstellen in meerdere talen en voorzien van apostilles; - Aandeelhoudersregisters opstellen en bijwerken; - Advertenties plaatsen en termijnen bewaken; - Documenten en dossiers zorgvuldig bijhouden en archiveren....
