Jij houdt van afwisseling en weet hoe je meerdere ballen tegelijk in de lucht houdt. In deze functie ondersteun je een team van professionals bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden, zodat zij zich kunnen focussen op waar ze goed in zijn. Dat doe je door agenda's en correspondentie te beheren, vergaderingen en bijeenkomsten voor te bereiden en te coördineren, en bezoekers op een warme manier te ontvangen.

Nieuwe collega's begeleid jij bij hun eerste stappen in de organisatie. Praktische zaken als reserveringen, factuurbeheer, kantoorinrichting en de inkoop van benodigdheden pak jij zelfstandig op. Af en toe ondersteun je ook bij werving- en selectietrajecten. Je werkt altijd op kantoor, want jouw aanwezigheid maakt het verschil: jij bent het aanspreekpunt waar mensen op kunnen rekenen.

MBO/ HBO werk en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een opleiding tot secretaresse of managementassistent.

Ervaring in een secretariële of ondersteunende functie.

Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).

Je vindt snel je weg in nieuwe digitale systemen en staat open voor nieuwe ontwikkelingen in je vakgebied.

Je bent georganiseerd, oplossingsgericht en behoudt het overzicht ook als het even druk is.

Je hebt oog voor je omgeving, bent proactief en weet wanneer je zelf de verantwoordelijkheid pakt.
