Onze opdrachtgever is op zoek naar een gedreven management assistent voor 24-40 uur per week die zich thuis voelt in een dynamische juridische omgeving. Dit middelgrote advocatenkantoor, gevestigd in Veenendaal, biedt jou de kans om een cruciale rol te spelen binnen hun team, dat bestaat uit advocaten, secretaresses en ander ondersteunend personeel.

Als management assistent draag je bij aan de dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen het kantoor. Je werkzaamheden zijn divers en omvatten onder andere agendabeheer, het verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande correspondentie, het uitwerken van diverse juridische documenten, en het beheren van zowel fysieke als digitale dossiers. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij besprekingen, waar je onder andere zorgdraagt voor de faciliteiten, zoals koffie, en spring je bij waar nodig, bijvoorbeeld bij de vervanging van collega's.

Wij zoeken iemand die beschikt over een servicegerichte houding en het vermogen om proactief te handelen. Je bent iemand die makkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende taken en ervoor zorgt dat de advocaten efficiënt kunnen werken. Communicatie is voor jou een tweede natuur; je weet precies hoe je de juiste vragen moet stellen en cliënten goed kunt doorverbinden. Nauwkeurigheid en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel zijn essentieel in deze functie.

Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze positie is een MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur Schoevers) gewenst, evenals een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een pre, maar geen vereiste.
