Bij Royal van Lent werken vinden wij heel speciaal! Op de plek waar je terechtkomt bouwen wij met meer dan 600 collega’s, al 175 jaar full custom build superjachten onder de merknaam Feadship, voor bijzondere internationale klanten. Dit doen wij met een sociaal hart, verankerd in een sterk familiegevoel en oog voor vakmanschap,kwaliteit en klantbeleving. We maken onderdeel uit van het exclusieve LVMH in Parijs.

Jij bent echt belangrijk in deze ondersteunde rol voor Dennis, de directeur Werf Amsterdam. Hij is als huisbaas verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen op de Werf Amsterdam van Feadship/Royal van Lent. Door jouw proactieve houding in het ondersteunen van Dennis (en zijn managementteam) op de werf, zorg je dat het werk altijd soepel door kan blijven gaan. Je weet wat er speelt, collega’s weten je te vinden, je wekt vertrouwen en snapt snel wie je waarvoor nodig hebt om de werkzaamheden op de werf soepel te laten verlopen. De term Haarlemmerolie past bij jou! De aandachtspunten en daarmee de agenda’s kunnen nog wel eens wisselen, belangrijke internationale klanten kunnen ook opeens aankomen in Amsterdam. Je schakelt met de verschillende projectteams en bent in staat snel prioriteiten te stellen. Jij staat altijd aan om dit met enthousiasme te faciliteren en je bent trots wanneer de dag weer soepel is verlopen.

Onze projecten, de superjachten, zijn groot en complex en het duurt vele jaren voordat de klant er mee kan varen. Er zijn veel collega’s nodig om één jacht te bouwen. Denk aan engineers, financial experts, planners maar ook werkvoorbereiders en vakspecialisten zoals timmermannen, schilders en werktuigbouwkundigen. Al deze collega’s zijn verantwoordelijk voor hun eigen onderdeel binnen het bouwproces van onze superjachten en dit geldt óók voor jou. In jouw rol trek je een aantal taken naar je toe.
