Für unsere familiengeführte Unternehmensgruppe suchen wir eine engagierte Management Assistenz, die mitdenkt, Verantwortung übernimmt und Freude daran hat, den Arbeitsalltag unserer Geschäftsführung aktiv zu unterstützen.

Diese Position ist weit mehr als ein klassischer Sekretariatsjob: Sie sind zentrale Anlaufstelle, Organisationstalent und verlässliche Unterstützung zugleich. Auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld behalten Sie den Überblick, erkennen Prioritäten, arbeiten selbständig und bringen sich mit Eigeninitiative dort ein, wo Sie gebraucht werden.

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Management Assistenz oder in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Strukturierte, vorausschauende und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick sowie ein gutes Gespür für Prioritäten

* Diskretion, Verlässlichkeit und ein professionelles Auftreten

* Hands-on-Mentalität und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

* Kommunikationsstärke, freundliches, offenes Auftreten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Bereichen des Unternehmens

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie hohe IT-Affinität

* Interesse an der Lebensmittelproduktion

* Unterstützung unserer Geschäftsführung in sämtlichen organisatorischen und administrativen Belangen

* Koordination von Terminen, Reisen und Meetings sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs

* Professionelle Vor- und Nachbereitung von Besprechungen sowie Erstellung von Präsentationen, Auswertungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen

* Verantwortung für das Dokumenten-, Vertrags- und Fristenmanagement sowie dessen Digitalisierung

* Unterstützung bei administrativen Prozessen wie Fuhrpark-, Reise- und Versicherungsmanagement

* Und weil kein Arbeitstag dem anderen gleicht, freuen wir uns auf eine Persönlichkeit, die mitdenkt, Verantwortung übernimmt und auch Aufgaben anpackt, die vielleicht nicht in jeder Stellenbeschreibung stehen. Denn manchmal gehört genau das zum Management Office dazu - und das schätzen wir sehr.
