Wir suchen: 1 Management Consultant Commercial Excellence Manager (m/w/d), Bregenz Deine Aufgaben:

Als Manager im Bereich Commercial Excellence steuerst du Projekte, die den Unterschied machen - nicht als Berater:in, der ein Konzept abliefert und verschwindet, sondern als jemand, der gestaltet, die Umsetzung begleitet und sich am kommerziellen Impact misst.

* Du leitest eigenständig Workstreams und Teilprojekte im Bereich Commercial Excellence - von der Diagnose über die Konzeption bis zur Implementierungsbegleitung.

* Du entwickelst Vertriebsstrategien für B2B-Industrieunternehmen: Segmentierung, Channel-Strategie, KAM-Modelle, Pricing Governance.

* Du baust Sales-Performance-Systeme auf: KPI-Frameworks, Pipeline-Steuerung, Forecast-Logik, Incentive-Strukturen.

* Du designst CRM-Prozesse (Salesforce, HubSpot) und entwickelst Sales Enablement-Systematiken: Playbooks, Onboarding-Frameworks, Coaching-Strukturen.

* Du führst Workshops und Diagnose-Sessions auf C-1-/C-2-Level - strukturiert, ergebnisorientiert, mit klarer Handlungsempfehlung am Ende.

* Du wirkst aktiv an Angebotsentwicklungen mit und baust deine Fähigkeit im Business Development systematisch aus.

Damit kannst Du punkten:

Must-Haves

* 5-7 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon mind. 3 Jahre in der Unternehmensberatung mit Commercial-Fokus und mit nachweisbarem B2B-Industrial-Exposure.

* Mind. 1-2 abgeschlossene Projekte in Manufacturing, Industrial Goods, Wholesale oder Maschinenbau - mit konkretem kommerziellem Impact, den du benennen kannst.

* Strukturierte Problemlösung: MECE, hypothesengetrieben, Pyramidenprinzip - gelebte Praxis, nicht Theorie.

* Erfahrung mit change-resistenten Vertriebsorganisationen: Du weißt, wie man Widerstände erkennt und überbrückt.

* Erste eigenständige Kundenpräsentationen auf C-1-Level - du bist es gewohnt, vor Entscheider:innen zu stehen und Substanz zu liefern.

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Von Vorteil

* Erfahrung mit RevOps, CRM-Prozessdesign (Salesforce/HubSpot) oder Sales Enablement-Systematiken.

* Herkunft aus einem Sales-nahen Haus, kombiniert mit methodischer Tiefe aus einer größeren Beratung.

* Grundlegendes Verständnis von Pricing Excellence und B2B-Pricingmethodik.
