Dankzij jouw ondersteuning kunnen teamleiders zich volledig focussen op de begeleiding van professionals die belangrijk forensisch onderzoek verrichten. Zo werk je mee aan een veilige en rechtvaardige samenleving voor iedereen. Jij bent, samen met vier andere collega's van het secretariaat, het aanspreekpunt van de Divisie DBS. Collega's komen regelmatig het secretariaat binnen lopen met de meest uiteenlopende vragen, waardoor je dagen zeer afwisselend zijn. Onderdeel van jouw takenpakket is de coördinatie van sollicitatieprocedures, onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers, alles verwerken in Pdirekt en het verwerken van mails uit de algemene mailbox van het secretariaat. Verder organiseer je vergaderingen en verzorg je eventueel verslaglegging. Het beheer van vertrouwelijke informatie, dossiers en documenten hoort ook bij jouw werkzaamheden. Daarnaast is jouw takenpakket nóg afwisselender. Zo ben je verantwoordelijk voor het totale proces van de externe inkoop en bied je algemene inkoopondersteuning met behulp van het Leonardo-systeem. Je organiseert events zoals grotere teammeetings op externe locaties en regelt hotelboekingen (in binnenland). Daarnaast meld je bezoekers aan, regel je zalen inclusief bijbehorende catering en ben je betrokken bij procesmatige taken zoals interne verhuizingen. Naast het salaris ontvang je een individueel keuzebudget (IKB). Het IKB bestaat uit geld (16,5 % van je brutojaarsalaris) en tijd. Met het IKB maak jij de keuzes die bij jou passen en kun je een deel van je arbeidsvoorwaarden zelf samenstellen.
