Binnen ons Management Track start je als Winkelmanager, met de ambitie om door te groeien naar District Manager. Een groeipad waarin je veel kansen krijgt om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je krijgt stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid, leert al doende bij en ontdekt waar jouw sterktes liggen. Zo stretch je je skills in de praktijk én bouw je aan je volgende move!

Je start als Winkelmanager en kan doorgroeien richting District Manager.

  • Samen met jouw team zet je je elke dag in om van jouw winkel de meest succesvolle te maken
  • Je steekt zelf graag de handen uit de mouwen: bediening aan de kassa, aanvullen van de rekken, controle van onze producten - je doet het allemaal
  • Je bent betrokken bij het verbeteren van winkelprocessen en voert ideeën uit die bijdragen aan de tevredenheid van klanten en collega’s.
  • Samen met jouw District Manager werk je aan de resultaten van jouw winkel en werkt hiervoor een actieplan uit.
  • Je krijgt de ruimte om je management skills snel uit te bouwen.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een secundair/hoger diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je bent uiterst gemotiveerd om jezelf te ontwikkelen, te leren uit fouten en kansen te grijpen.
  • Je bent energiek, proactief en vindt het leuk om anderen te coachen en te begeleiden. Je bent flexibel en werkt graag zelfstandig, met ruimte voor eigen initiatief.
  • Werken op zaterdag is voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je gebruikt je sterke communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden om ideeën en verbeteringen te bedenken en te implementeren.
  • Klanten en collega’s staan voor jou op de eerste plaats: je bent steeds vriendelijk en helpt iedereen graag verder.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en houdt altijd de vooropgestelde KPI’s in het vizier.
