The posting

Als Management Trainee (E&I) krijg je als pas afgestudeerde Bachelor of Master de kans om de kern van onze organisatie en onze industriële activiteiten van dichtbij te leren kennen. Via een traineeship ontwikkel je een brede kijk op veiligheid, operations, contracten, projecten, finance en people management, met als doel door te groeien naar een sleutelrol binnen onze organisatie. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met ervaren collega’s en managers uit Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, Sourcing en Quality & Safety.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Tijdens het traineeship neem je stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op, ondersteund door coaching en begeleiding.

  1. Meewerken aan contract- en resultaatmanagement door de technische en financiële voortgang van contracten en projecten op te volgen, deel te nemen aan contract kick-offs en reviews, en mee te denken over optimalisaties en rendabele oplossingen.
  2. Bijdragen aan het uitbouwen van duurzame klantrelaties door klantverwachtingen te analyseren, opportuniteiten te detecteren en samen met ervaren managers mee te werken aan contracten en projecten.
  3. Ondersteunen bij het aansturen en motiveren van teams gedurende de volledige contract- of projectlooptijd, met aandacht voor rolverdeling, heldere communicatie en het leren omgaan met samenwerkings- of conflictsituaties.
  4. Mee instaan voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie door de toepassing van HSEQ-voorschriften te leren kennen en toe te passen, middelen efficiënt in te zetten en samen te werken met ondersteunende diensten.
  5. Kennismaken met aankoop- en subcontractingprocessen vanaf de offertefase en inzicht verwerven in contractuele en juridische aspecten.
  6. Inzicht verwerven in de financiële gezondheid van contracten en projecten, met opvolging van kosten, marges, cashflow, facturatie, risico’s en claims, ondersteund door ervaren collega’s.

Jouw profiel

  • Pas afgestudeerde Bachelor of Master (schoolverlater) in een technische, industriële, economische of managementgerichte richting
  • Sterke interesse in management en industriële processen
  • Leergierig, analytisch, ondernemend en gemotiveerd om verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen
  • Graag samenwerken en openstaan voor coaching en feedback
  • Vlot communicatief in het Nederlands en Engels - kennis van het Frans is een plus
