Mit unserem RAMP UP Leadership Trainee Programm bereiten wir dich innerhalb von 24 Monaten gezielt auf deine (erste) Führungsrolle und innerhalb von 36 Monaten auf eine höhere Management- oder Expertenposition im Bereich Manufacturing vor.

ÜBER DAS PROGRAMM In dieser Rolle übernimmst du von Beginn an verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben im Produktionsumfeld, leitest bereichsübergreifende Projekte und entwickelst dich durch gezieltes Training und Mentoring zur nächsten Generation von Führungskräften bei Coca-Cola HBC.

Was dich konkret erwartet: * On-the-Job-Training: Du wirst von Anfang an in operative und strategische Aufgaben eingebunden und übernimmst Verantwortung im Produktionsbereich in Edelstal * Leadership Development: Individuelle Entwicklungspläne, regelmäßiges Feedback und Mentoring durch erfahrene Führungskräfte bereiten dich auf deine Rolle als Führungskraft vor * Cross-Functional Exposure: Du erhältst Einblicke in zentrale Schnittstellenbereiche wie Qualitätssicherung, Instandhaltung, Supply Chain Planning und LEAN-Management * Strategic Projects: Du arbeitest an Schlüsselinitiativen zur Effizienzsteigerung, Nachhaltigkeit und Prozessoptimierung - mit echtem Impact

SIND DAS DEINE STÄRKEN? * Abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Lebensmitteltechnologie, Chemie, Produktionsmanagement, o. ä.) * Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Produktions- oder Supply-Chain-Umfeld - idealerweise mit erster Führungsverantwortung oder Projektleitungserfahrung * Fundiertes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an modernen Fertigungstechnologien * Erfahrung mit LEAN-Methoden, Kontinuierlicher Verbesserung (KVP) oder Six Sigma von Vorteil * Strategisches Denken kombiniert mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenzen * entsprechende gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN * Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Produktionsstandards im Bereich Qualität, Sicherheit und Effizienz * Leitung von Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung, Automatisierung und Nachhaltigkeit * Entwicklung und Coaching von Teams im Rahmen der täglichen Produktionsarbeit * Unterstützung des Managements bei strategischen Entscheidungen und bei der Einführung neuer Technologien * Mitwirkung bei Audits, Risikoanalysen und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Managementsysteme (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, Umwelt- und Energiemanagement)

Gehalt: Für diese Position bieten wir ein attraktives, marktgerechtes Gehalt. Bei einem abgeschlossenen Master-Studium und entsprechender bisheriger Erfahrung kannst du mit einem Mindestgehalt von EUR 4.000, - brutto/Monat (ausgehend von einer Vollzeitstelle/ 38,5 Wochenstunden, all-in) rechnen. Entsprechend deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine höhere Überzahlung möglich. Das letztgültige Gehalt klären wir in einem persönlichen Gespräch.
