Dann ist unser Management Trainee Programm dein Sprungbrett in eine Rolle mit echter Verantwortung - meist in Richtung Führung, teilweise auch in verantwortungsvollen Schlüsselpositionen wie z. B. im Key Account Management. Während des Programms lernst du unterschiedliche Geschäftsbereiche kennen, übernimmst früh erste Aufgaben mit Ergebnisverantwortung und entwickelst dich gezielt zur zukünftigen Führungskraft.

DAS ERWARTET DICH:

Unser 18-monatiges Traineeprogramm bereitet dich gezielt auf eine führende Rolle vor - mit echter Verantwortung vom ersten Tag.

* In drei gezielten Assignments (je 4-6 Monate) in verschiedenen Abteilungen lernst du tiefgehend unseren Marketing- und Commercial Excellence Bereich kennen. * In einem Assignment trittst du als "Acting Leader" in die Rolle einer Führungskraft, um früh Verantwortung zu übernehmen, praktische Führungserfahrung zu sammeln und zu beweisen, dass du ein Team leiten kannst * Parallel leitest du über ca. 12 Monate ein strategisches Projekt, welches du am Ende vor dem Senior Leadership Team präsentierst * Währenddessen genießt du starkes Mentoring & Coaching durch erfahrene Führungskräfte, sowie Trainings zu Business-relevanten Bereich wie z.B. Finance, Change-Management & Project Leading

Unser Ziel ist es, dich optimal darauf vorzubereiten eine führende Rolle zu übernehmen. Um das zu gewährleisten, gibt es während des gesamten Programms einen strukturierten Assignment-Plan, sowie regelmäßige Check-Ins und Performance Reviews mit deiner Führungskraft, dem Senior Leadership Team und unserem Talent Development Manager. Zusätzlich wirst du Teil unseres internen Führungskräfte-Entwicklungsprogramm und baust bereits früh ein großes Netzwerk auf.

SIND DAS DEINE GEHEIMEN ZUTATEN?

* Du hast oder finalisierst gerade einen Master-Abschluss z.B. im Bereich Marketing Management o.ä. * Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit und hast eventuell auch schon erste Führungserfahrungen, z.B. als Project Lead gemacht * Du bist ambitioniert, ein Team zu führen und bei uns langfristig Karriere zu machen * Du hast eine hohe Lernbereitschaft & Hands-On Mentalität, bist proaktiv und resilient und dir ist es wichtig, einen sichtbaren Beitrag zu leisten * Du sprichst fließend Deutsch & und hast ausgeprägte Englisch-Kenntnisse

Gehalt:

Für diese Position bieten wir ein attraktives, marktgerechtes Gehalt. Je nach Ausbildungsgrad und bisheriger Erfahrung kannst du mit einem Mindestgehalt von EUR 4.000,- brutto /Monat (ausgehend von einer Vollzeitstelle/ 38,5 Wochenstunden, all-in) rechnen. Entsprechend deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine höhere Überzahlung möglich. Das letztgültige Gehalt klären wir in einem persönlichen Gespräch.
