Als Management Trainee Purchase rapporteer je aan onze Sourcing Manager en neem je, na een grondige opleidingsperiode, volgende verantwoordelijkheden op:

Voorraadbeheer:

  • Bewaken van de voorraadniveaus en plaatsen van aankooporders. Voorraadproblemen analyseren om onderbrekingen te vermijden
  • Opvolgen van promoties en andere commerciële acties met impact op de voorraad

Leverancierscontact:

  • Onderhouden van professionele relaties met bestaande leveranciers
  • Onderhandelen over prijzen, kwaliteitseisen en leveringsvoorwaarden
  • Zoeken, beoordelen en introduceren van alternatieve leveranciers

Opvolgen van markttendenzen en opmaken van prijsanalyses:

  • Opvolgen van relevante indexen, prijsontwikkelingen en marktrisico's
  • Opmaken van prijsvergelijkingen en kostenanalyses
  • Signaleren van opportuniteiten en risico's aan de Sourcing Manager

Verantwoordelijk voor rapportages omtrent de leveranciersportefeuille:

  • Opstellen van rapportages omtrent leveranciersprestaties, service levels, prijsontwikkelingen en risico's
  • Voorbereiden van analyses ter ondersteuning van aankoopbeslissingen
  • Rapporteren van prijswijzigingen en de impact hiervan op de organisatie

Wie ben jij?

· Je behaalde een masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring

· Ervaring is geen must, maar mooi meegenomen. Een goede attitude en een gedrevenheid om te leren is voor ons het belangrijkste

· Je bent sterk in het maken van analyses waarvoor je goed overweg kan met Excel of bereid bent je hier in bij te scholen

· Je hebt goede communicatievaardigheden waarbij je je ook Frans en Engels durft te spreken

· Contacten opbouwen en onderhandelen met leveranciers schrikt je niet af
