Ben jij net afgestudeerd en wil je niet meteen vastzitten in één rol, maar juist ontdekken wat écht bij je past binnen logistiek en supply chain? In de regio Doetinchem krijg je de kans om als trainee stap voor stap te groeien in een internationale logistieke omgeving waar jij centraal staat.

Wat ga je doen? Je begint niet achter een bureau, maar werkt eerst mee in het magazijn. Zo snap je precies hoe de processen in elkaar zitten en waar het beter kan. Daarna groei je door naar afdelingen zoals planning en supply chain, waar je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en meewerkt aan projecten die er echt toe doen.

Tijdens het traineeship:

- Werk je aan verbeterprojecten, zodat processen slimmer en efficiënter worden - Help je mee met planningen en forecasts en leer je vooruitdenken - Leer je werken met data en systemen, zodat je keuzes kunt onderbouwen - Schakel je met leveranciers en klanten en zie je direct het effect van jouw werk - Ontdek je waar jouw kracht ligt en waarin jij wilt doorgroeien

Je hoeft dus nog niet precies te weten wat je wilt. Juist hier krijg je de ruimte om dat te ontdekken.

- Je hebt net een HBO- of WO-opleiding afgerond - Je vindt het leuk om dingen uit te zoeken en slimmer te maken - Je stelt vragen en wacht niet af - Je hebt interesse in logistiek en supply chain - Je wilt doorgroeien en jezelf blijven ontwikkelen
