- Opleidingsniveau: wo - Locatie: Utrecht Werk om trots op te zijn Als managementtrainee bij ProRail werk je aan organisatorische en strategische vraagstukken die Nederland in beweging houden. Je leert mensen mee te nemen in verandering, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en ontdekt welke manier van leidinggeven bij jou past. In 2 jaar tijd werk je aan 3 verschillende opdrachten van 8 maanden. Je doet ervaring op binnen verschillende teams en afdelingen en krijgt intensieve begeleiding. Een vast onderdeel van het traineeship is een opdracht waarin je als leidinggevende aan de slag gaat. Zo ontwikkel je niet alleen je managementvaardigheden, maar leer je ook wat het betekent om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor een team. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld aan de slag als operationeel manager, teamleider of projectmanager. Ook kun je een opdracht doen buiten je eigen stroming, bijvoorbeeld als technisch strateeg. Daarnaast kun je rekenen op: - Een internationaal consultancyproject. Je bijt je vast in een uitdaging binnen ProRail en brengt samen met andere trainees advies uit na een internationaal bedrijfsbezoek van maximaal 5 dagen. - Persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Samen met de andere trainees volg je een 2-jarig ontwikkelprogramma gericht op persoonlijk leiderschap. Daarnaast werk je aan je eigen leerdoelen met begeleiding van je traineemanager, mentor, buddy en werkplekbegeleider. - Impact maken binnen ProRail. Naast je opdracht draag je samen met andere trainees bij aan ontwikkelingen binnen ProRail. Zo organiseer je activiteiten om afdelingen en directeuren beter te leren kennen, de inhousedag voor de werving en selectie van nieuwe trainees (in samenwerking met recruitment) en de jaarlijkse Summerschool met circa 100 workshops door en voor collega's. - Een sterk netwerk. Je leert collega's uit de hele organisatie kennen en bouwt samen met andere trainees aan een waardevol netwerk binnen ProRail. Ontdek de wereld van het spoor. Ervaar welk carrièr...
