Functie-inhoud:

Als Managementassistent ben jij de held(in) van onze opdrachtgever! Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt in het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen. Denk aan agendabeheer, correspondentie, het warm ontvangen van bezoekers en het regelen van reizen.

Alles verloopt soepel onder jouw vakkundige regie en je zorgt ervoor dat alle actiepunten worden opgevolgd als een ware superheld(in).

Administratieve taken schrikken jou niet af. Dossiers bijhouden en belangrijke documenten archiveren zijn voor jou een fluitje van een cent.

Je staat altijd klaar om je collega's te ondersteunen wanneer zij jouw hulp nodig hebben. Met jouw superkrachten als teamspeler deel je graag jouw expertise en zorg je voor een vrolijke werksfeer.

Jij hebt een MBO werk-en denkniveau en al wat ervaring in een ondersteunende functie

Plannen en organiseren zijn jouw tweede natuur. Chaos is voor jou een uitdaging en je zet graag jouw innerlijke superkrachten in om alles in goede banen te leiden.

Jouw communicatieve vaardigheden zijn goed.

J​ongleren met verschillende taken en deadlines is voor jou een koud kunstje. Prioriteiten stellen doe je met speels gemak.

Met jouw stralende glimlach kun je het hele kantoor verlichten. Je bent positief, energiek en weet met jouw humor een goede werksfeer te creëren.
