De afdeling Vastgoed, is onderdeel van het domein Fysiek, bestaat uit de teams Beheer en Exploitatie en Advies en Informatie waar gezamenlijk circa 35 fte werkzaam zijn. Het team Beheer en Exploitatie is verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en exploiteren van de gehele gemeentelijke vastgoedportefeuille. Het team Advies en Informatie is verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning in opgaven van fysieke programma's en projecten in alle fases, zowel in majeure gebieds- en vastgoedontwikkelingen als kleinschalige locatieontwikkelingen op het gebied van plan- en vastgoedeconomie, vastgoedjuridica (alles wat er juridisch gezien komt kijken bij vastgoed, red.), verwervingen, uitgifte. Het verstrekken van vastgoed-/geo-informatie en beleidsontwikkeling en advisering op het gebied van grond- en vastgoedzaken. Er zit veel dynamiek en kennis in deze enthousiaste en betrokken teams. Ben jij een duizendpoot met structuur en organisatietalent die in een politiek dynamische omgeving het hoofd koel weet te houden? Dan is deze functie misschien wel op het lijf geschreven. Als managementassistent ondersteun je de teammanagers inhoudelijk, organisatorisch en procesmatig en werk je samen met parttime-collega-managementassistenten van zowel de afdeling Vastgoed als Projecten om de bezetting van het secretariaat optimaal te borgen.
