Je werkt in een compacte organisatie met korte lijnen, waar je nauw samenwerkt met directie, HR en facilitaire collega's. Je werkt op locatie in Lelystad, in een compact team. Het kantoor biedt open werkplekken én rustige ruimtes. Er heerst een professionele, maar informele sfeer, met ruimte voor zowel geconcentreerd werken als collegiaal overleg. Plannen en coördineren van afspraken, vergaderingen en agenda's voor de Managing Director en het managementteam; - Voorbereiden van vergaderingen, notuleren en bewaken van actiepunten en deadlines; - Ondersteunen van operationele HR-processen, zoals personeelsadministratie en onboarding; - Coördineren van facilitaire zaken en onderhouden van contacten met externe leveranciers; - Controleren en accorderen van facturen en beheren van vertrouwelijke documentatie. Dit ben jij Je voelt je thuis in een commerciële, internationale omgeving en beweegt je gemakkelijk tussen directie, management en collega's. Je bent digitaal sterk en pakt nieuwe systemen snel op. Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, denkt vooruit en neemt zelfstandig beslissingen wanneer dat nodig is. Tegelijkertijd ben je toegankelijk, communiceer je helder en schakel je makkelijk tussen verschillende belangen en niveaus. Je werkt nauwkeurig, discreet en gestructureerd, maar blijft flexibel als plannen veranderen.
