Deze unieke positie, centraal binnen een team van deskundige juridische ondersteuners, vereist een individu met een scherp oog voor detail en een passie voor het perfectioneren van administratieve processen.

Als essentiële schakel binnen het team, zul je de verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor het nauwkeurig beheren en afronden van diverse juridische documenten. Dit omvat het zorgvuldig samenstellen en controleren van dossiers, het opstellen van noodzakelijke documentatie zoals volmachten en besluiten, en het zorgen voor accurate registraties binnen relevante systemen zoals de Kamer van Koophandel. Jouw rol is cruciaal in het ondersteunen van onze (kandidaat-)notarissen, waarbij je betrokken bent bij het volledige beheer van dossiers van aanmaak tot afronding.

Je bijdrage gaat verder dan alleen het dagelijkse beheer; je speelt een sleutelrol in het verbeteren van interne processen en fungeert als een betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt voor collega’s bij uiteenlopende vragen en uitdagingen. Binnen de organisatie maak je deel uit van een hecht team van secretaresses en juridische professionals, waar samenwerking en flexibiliteit kernwaarden zijn.

Secretariële ondersteuning bieden.

Organisatie van vergaderingen en evenementen, zowel fysiek als online.

Coördinatie en uitvoering van projecten.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

HBO werk- en denkniveau

Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

Vaardigheid in MS Office-applicaties.

Een zelfstandige, oplossingsgerichte houding.
