We zijn op zoek naar een proactieve en dynamische kandidaat voor een ondersteunende rol binnen een prestigieuze juridische omgeving. Onze opdrachtgever, een van de vooraanstaande advocaten- en notariskantoren in Nederland, gevestigd in Eindhoven, biedt een unieke kans om deel uit te maken van hun arbeidsrecht vakgroep.

De ideale kandidaat is een ware aanpakker, iemand die vooruitdenkt en oog heeft voor detail. In deze functie ben je de spil in het web, verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van dagelijkse processen. Dit omvat het beheren van agenda's, dossiers, en het onderhouden van cliëntenbestanden. Daarnaast speel je een sleutelrol in het bewaken van deadlines, het verwerken van correspondentie, en het ondersteunen bij facturatieprocessen.

Je zult nauw samenwerken met een collega om diverse advocaten die gespecialiseerd zijn in arbeidsecht, te ondersteunen. Door jullie gezamenlijke inzet kunnen de advocaten zich richten op de inhoudelijke kant van hun werk. Jouw vermogen om structuur aan te brengen en een positieve werksfeer te creëren, is cruciaal voor het succes van de sectie.

Een positieve instelling en de drive om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.

Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en de capaciteit om prioriteiten te stellen.

Behendigheid in het navigeren van een dynamische werkomgeving.

Sterke kennis van MS Office en/of Microsoft 365.

Vloeiend in Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Engels.

Flexibiliteit om 32-40 uur per week te werken.

Ervaring in een secretariële rol is een pluspunt.
