Dan is deze functie bij Werk en Inkomen Lekstroom (WIL) misschien wel iets voor jou! Voor WIL zijn wij op zoek naar een managementassistent die het team tijdelijk komt versterken. Je krijgt een veelzijdige rol waarin plannen, organiseren, administratieve ondersteuning en het maken van verslagen samenkomen. Over de organisatie Werk en Inkomen Lekstroom (WIL) is de uitvoeringsorganisatie voor werk, inkomen en schuldhulpverlening voor de gemeenten Houten, IJsselstein, Lopik en Nieuwegein. Vanuit het Stadshuis in Nieuwegein en deels op locatie werken ruim 200 medewerkers iedere dag aan het gericht vooruithelpen van klanten. WIL werkt vanuit een mensgerichte aanpak. Waar mogelijk wordt maatwerk geboden binnen de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Een organisatie waarin samenwerken, betrokkenheid en goede ondersteuning belangrijk zijn. Jouw rol Als managementassistent ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de organisatie. Je beheert de vaak volle agenda's van collega's en je bent de schakel tussen veel partijen, intern en extern. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het plannen van afspraken en vergaderingen, waaronder terugkerende afspraken en vergaderreeksen. - Het reserveren van vergaderruimtes. - Het verzorgen van ondersteunende werkzaamheden binnen de organisatie. - Het faciliteren van catering wanneer dat nodig is. - Je verricht diverse administratieve werkzaamheden en draagt zorg voor het beheer en bewerking van (digitale) bestanden en systemen. - Je zo...
