Jouw uitdaging Wij zoeken een managementassistent die zorgt voor overzicht, structuur en continuïteit binnen de locatie. Jij weet wat er speelt, ziet wat er nodig is en zorgt dat afspraken niet alleen worden gemaakt, maar ook worden opgevolgd. Je zorgt dat het management goed voorbereid aan tafel zit, dat informatie op het juiste moment beschikbaar is en dat afspraken niet blijven liggen. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen de locatiedirecteur, het locatiemanagementteam en de organisatie. Je denkt vooruit, stelt de juiste vragen en pakt zaken zelfstandig op. Of het nu gaat om een goed voorbereide LMT-vergadering, een heldere nieuwsbrief, een agenda die klopt of een vraag van een collega: jij zorgt dat het geregeld wordt. Wat ga je doen? Als managementassistent ben je een belangrijke spil binnen de locatie. Je ondersteunt de locatiedirecteur en het locatiemanagementteam en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken, informatie en communicatie goed samenkomen. Je houdt overzicht, werkt vooruit en weet wat er speelt. Je zorgt dat vergaderingen goed zijn voorbereid, acties worden opgevolgd en informatie op het juiste moment beschikbaar is. Je bent daarbij niet alleen uitvoerend: je denkt mee, signaleert en neemt initiatief.
