Onze vaste managementassistent Gea gaat binnenkort een nieuwe uitdaging aan als toegepast psycholoog. Dat vinden we natuurlijk ontzettend leuk voor haar, maar daardoor ontstaat er ook een vacature binnen onze school. Wat ga je doen? Als managementassistent ben je de spin in het web van onze school. Je ondersteunt het managementteam en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen soepel verloopt. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: • Personeels- en leerlingadministratie • Verwerken van facturen en andere administratieve werkzaamheden • Beheer van de website • Opmaken en mede schrijven van nieuwsbrieven • Communicatie met ouders over praktische en organisatorische zaken • Ondersteuning bij planning en organisatie • Diverse secretariële en boekhoudkundige werkzaamheden Kortom: een afwisselende functie waarin administratie, organisatie, communicatie en dienstverlening samenkomen. Wie zoeken wij? Een diploma vinden we minder belangrijk dan wie je bent en wat je kunt. We zoeken vooral iemand die goed overweg kan met computers en digitale systemen, nauwkeurig werkt en gemakkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende werkzaamheden. Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je communiceert professioneel met collega's en ouders, maar past ook goed in een warme en informele werkomgeving. We vinden het belangrijk dat je zelfstandig kunt werken, maar ook graag samenwerkt. En misschien nog wel belangrijker: we zoeken een collega die gezellig is.
