Vooruitdenken, prioriteiten stellen en organiseren gaan je vanzelf af. Ook als het tempo hoog ligt, houd je overzicht, breng je structuur aan en zorg je dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Met jouw organisatietalent, oog voor detail en proactieve houding creëer je rust en duidelijkheid. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen de directie, het managementteam, collega's en externe stakeholders en weet precies wat er nodig is om zaken goed te laten verlopen. Je ondersteunt niet alleen op hoog niveau, maar houdt ook regie op processen en de voortgang. Je bewaakt agenda's, acties, deadlines en besluitvorming. Daarmee lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan een slagvaardige organisatie. Omdat je goed weet wat er speelt binnen evofenedex, signaleer je kansen en knelpunten op tijd. Je neemt initiatief, pakt acties zelfstandig op of brengt de juiste mensen met elkaar in contact. Zo help je de directie en het managementteam om besluiten om te zetten in resultaten. Wat je gaat doen Je beheert complexe agenda's en stelt prioriteiten voor de algemeen directeur en het MT; - Je bereidt MT-, bestuurs- en commissievergaderingen voor en coördineert deze; - Je zorgt voor heldere verslaglegging en bewaakt actie- en besluitenlijsten; - Je coördineert organisatiebrede trajecten, zoals strategie, jaarplan en begroting; - Je bewaakt de jaarplanning en bestuurskalender; - Je ondersteunt bij dashboards, KPI-rapportages en voortgang (OKR's); - Je organiseert interne en externe bijeenkomsten; - Je verzorgt professionele correspondentie en stakeholdercommunicatie; - Je signaleert kansen om processen en ondersteuning te verbeteren en zet deze om in concrete acties .
