Als managementassistent ondersteun je de clustermanager van Beleid Fysieke Leefomgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat afspraken soepel verlopen, vergaderingen goed zijn voorbereid en acties niet tussen wal en schip raken. Dankzij jouw overzicht, nauwkeurigheid en organisatietalent kunnen collega's hun werk optimaal doen voor de inwoners van Katwijk. Je werkt samen met collega's binnen de managementondersteuning. Samen zorgen jullie voor structuur, continuïteit en professionele ondersteuning binnen een omgeving die volop in beweging is. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt snel tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en weet precies waar jouw ondersteuning het verschil maakt. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: - Het beheren van agenda's, ondersteunt bij de planning en organisatie van werkzaamheden; - Bijwonen en notuleren van wijkraden in omgeving (avonden); - Ondersteunen bij urenregistratie en administratieve processen; - Verzorgen van administratieve werkzaamheden voor het cluster; - Opstellen van mailingen en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige communicatie; - Organiseren van vergaderingen en bereidt deze voor; - Ondersteunen van ad hoc projecten. Jouw visitekaartje Je structureert werkzaamheden gemakkelijk voor jezelf en voor jouw collega's. Je benoemt prioriteiten en signaleert waar knelpunten ontstaan.
