Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen perfect geregeld is. Jouw belangrijkste taken: - Complex agendabeheer: Je beheert de drukke agenda en weet precies welke afspraken belangrijk en dringend zijn. - Informatie verzamelen: Je zorgt dat alle juiste documenten en stukken op tijd klaarstaan voor vergaderingen en bezoeken. - Vragen afhandelen: Mailtjes, vragen en verzoeken handel je waar mogelijk zelfstandig en netjes af. - Bijeenkomsten organiseren: Je helpt mee met het voorbereiden van bijeenkomsten en onderhoudt fijne contacten met collega's en bezoekers. - Meedenken: Je denkt actief mee over hoe we afspraken, processen en digitale systemen nog slimmer kunnen inrichten. Je werkt nauw samen met de beleidsassistent en de gezellige collega's van het collegesecretariaat. Waar kom je te werken? Je werkt op het collegesecretariaat in Nijmegen.
