Wat ga je doen? - Beheren van correspondentie, e-mail en post, inclusief het signaleren en opvolgen van actiepunten; - Organiseren, voorbereiden en notuleren van vergaderingen; - Controleren, muteren en registreren van gegevens in geautomatiseerde systemen zoals Outlook en SharePoint; - Zelfstandig beheren van complexe agenda's van managers, prioriteiten stellen en proactief knelpunten en verbeteringen signaleren; - Beheren van voorraden en verzorgen van de inkoop van kantoorbenodigdheden. Dit ben jij Je bent een betrokken management assistent die helder communiceert, zorgvuldig met vertrouwelijke informatie omgaat en soepel schakelt tussen verschillende belangen.
