Managementassistent overheid Arnhem Je werkt via Driessen bij verschillende overheidsorganisaties in en rondom Arnhem. Achter de schermen gebeurt daar ontzettend veel: beleid wordt ontwikkeld, projecten worden uitgevoerd en maatschappelijke vraagstukken krijgen vorm. Jij zorgt ervoor dat managers, projectleiders en teams hun werk optimaal kunnen doen. Je beheert niet alleen agenda's, maar creëert overzicht, structuur en rust in een dynamische werkomgeving. Je denkt vooruit, houdt processen soepel draaiende en zorgt ervoor dat belangrijke zaken op het juiste moment aandacht krijgen. Daarmee lever je een directe bijdrage aan organisaties die werken aan de leefbaarheid en ontwikkeling van de regio. Wat je dagelijks oppakt: - Je beheert complexe agenda's en brengt structuur aan in een dynamische planning. - Je zorgt dat afspraken, overleggen en besluitvormingsmomenten goed voorbereid plaatsvinden. - Je verwerkt informatie tot duidelijke notities, verslagen en actielijsten. - Je organiseert bijeenkomsten en regelt praktische zaken zoals locaties, faciliteiten en vervoer. - Je ondersteunt projecten en pakt ad-hoc werkzaamheden op wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
