Je zorgt ervoor dat afspraken en overleggen goed worden voorbereid, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat acties op het juiste moment worden opgepakt. Je werkt nauw samen met de bestuurder en bent een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt binnen én buiten de organisatie. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je beheert de agenda, plant en ondersteunt verschillende bestuurlijke overleggen en zorgt ervoor dat alles rondom deze overleggen goed geregeld is. Daarnaast: - Bereid je vergaderingen voor en zorg je voor een goede planning - Bewaak je actie- en besluitenlijsten en houd je de voortgang in de gaten - Ondersteun je bij de voorbereiding van beleids- en bestuursstukken - Notuleer je verschillende overleggen - Schakel je met management, medezeggenschap, toezicht en externe relaties - Breng je structuur aan in complexe planningen en stel je de juiste prioriteiten - Ondersteun je bij de organisatie van bijeenkomsten en evenementen Jij weet wat er speelt, denkt vooruit en signaleert wat aandacht nodig heeft.
