BlueTrail Managementassistent (zzp) Zuid-Holland 36-40u p/w 4 maanden Functieomschrijving Het doel van de opdracht is het zelfstandig organiseren en faciliteren van de werkzaamheden rondom de portefeuille Duurzame Toegang van het betreffende directieteamlid. Je ontzorgt op proactieve wijze het directielid, ondersteunt de strategiegroep en geeft waar mogelijk ondersteuning aan de afdelingshoofden waar het directielid het aanspreekpunt voor is. De opdracht omvat het structureren van de agenda, het beheren van de emailinbox van het directielid, het voorbereiden en vastleggen van (hybride) vergaderingen, het afhandelen van interne en externe correspondentie en het verzorgen van goed opgemaakte interne notities. Vergaderingen worden tijdig vooraf voorbereid en notulen met actiepunten na afloop opgeleverd. De managementassistent houdt ook de opvolging van de actiepunten in de gaten. Correspondentie en informatieverzoeken worden snel afgehandeld of voorbereid. Daarnaast omvat de opdracht het organiseren van bijeenkomsten, bezoeken van buiten en events die verband houden met de portefeuille. De opdrachtnemer fungeert tevens als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe contacten voor informatie en praktische afstemming. De MA krijgt ruimte voor en wordt van harte uitgenodigd om suggesties voor verbeteringen (in kwaliteit, effectifiteit en efficiency) van bestaande processen aan te dragen en door te voeren. Momenteel zit er een inhuurkracht op deze plek. Deze kan echter niet fysiek aanwezig zijn en dat werkt suboptimaal. Daarom zoeken we een ervaren kracht voor deze plek, ter overbrugging van de werving voor vaste invulling. Het desbetreffende directielid krijgt een flink drukke tijd en aan de MA ook de opdracht om deze niet alleen optimaal te ontzorgen maar ook proactief mee te denken wat er nog meer mogelijk is aan een betere - meer inhoudelijke - ondersteuning.
